If a return or refund is required for any reason, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Returns will only be accepted in the event of damage, manufacturing defects, or receipt of the wrong product.

The return/refund process may take time due to internet issues, network issues, banking delays, logistics or technical reasons. Our company will not be held responsible for any such delays, although we will make every effort to complete the process as quickly as possible.

Being hand or machine made, slight difference in color, design or size will not be considered as a reason for return.
