Manufacturing Type Disclaimer
Handmade Bags: Made entirely or partially by hand, so slight variations (stitching, shape, finish) are possible.
Machine Made Bags: Made by machine, with nearly identical design and finish.
This variation will not be considered a defect under any circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges will be borne by the buyer.
Dispatch within 7–15 working days (depending on order quantity)
Goods will be shipped via transport/courier
Return & Cancellation Policy (B2B)
Returns or cancellations will not be accepted for B2B orders.
Manufacturing defects require notification within 48 hours.
No claims will be accepted without video/photo proof.
